All Sales Are Final: All ticket or Maniac Card purchases are final, and no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations are allowed.
Event Changes or Cancellations: Maniac reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel events. If an event is canceled, customers will be notified and given information on any next steps and/or refund.
Ticket Transfer or Resale: Tickets are non-transferable without prior approval. Unauthorized reselling of tickets may result in cancellation without refund. We don't allow any resales to third-party sites like Stubhub, or other similar reseller websites.
Entry Requirements: Entry to events may require valid identification and a confirmation of your purchase.
