DJ Duos ‘Dada Life’ to Perform March 8 & DVBBS to Perform March 15
Swedish duo DADA LIFE and Canadian duo DVBBS have been booked to perform Beach Bash Music Fest pre-party events on Sunday, March 8 and Sunday, March 15 respectively at Hammerhead Fred’s. Dada Life has been ranked in DJ Magazine’s annual Top 100 list of the most popular DJs on multiple occasions since their formation in 2006. Some of Dada’s biggest hits to date include “Rolling Stones T-shirt”, “Happy Violence”, “White Noise / Red Meat”, and their remixes of “Dynasty” and “Llove” by Kaskade (feat. Haley). Dada Life frequently headlines at North America’s two largest electronic dance festivals, the Electric Daisy Carnival and Ultra Music Festival.
Known for their amazing over-the-top performance antics, Dada Life are crowd favorites wherever and whenever they hit the stage. On October 26, 2013, Dada Life broke the Guinness World Record for the world’s largest pillow fight at a Dada Land Compound event at the Aragon Ballroom in Chicago and had 3,813 participants.
Canadian act DVBBS (pronounced “dubz”) formed in 2012 and are composed of brothers Chris Andre and Alex Andre. They are most famous for their joint international hit with Borgeous titled “Tsunami”. The vocal remix of “Tsunami” entitled “Tsunami (Jump)”, featuring Tinie Tempah, reached number 1 on the UK and Scotland charts. They’ve also performed with Tiësto, Steve Aoki, Martin Garrix, Showtek, and many others.
